Exchanges Policy
30-Day Exchange Guarantee — We want you to love your Natbrookas kit. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible Items
You may exchange items that are:
- In original, unopened packaging
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
How to Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your exchange:
- Contact our customer care team at helpteam@natbrookas.com with your order number
- We'll provide you with a prepaid return label for exchanges within the EU
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Drop off at any authorized shipping location
- Once we receive your return, we'll dispatch your exchange within 2 business days
Exchange Options
When exchanging an item, you may:
- Exchange for a different design of equal value
- Exchange for a different design and pay the difference if higher priced
- Receive store credit for future purchases
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for:
- Opened or partially used kits
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items returned after 30 days
Damaged or Defective Items
If your kit arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
